Cleaning and re-dyeing, new linings, handles and straps replaced or shortened, torn leather patched and stitching redone, hardware and screws. Designer bags are the speciality.

The claim ticket
Walk in, no appointment. Every piece gets a paper ticket, and the ticket is how it finds its way back to you.

Bring it in
Bring the piece to Mountain View Plaza during opening hours. It gets looked over at the counter and you hear what can be done — reviewers say he is upfront about what he can and can't do, and quotes the price before starting.

Keep your ticket
You leave with a paper claim ticket. It's a paper system, so the ticket is what finds your shoes or bag on the rack.

Come back on the day you're given, hand over the ticket and take it home. Small jobs, like a heel tip, can be done while you wait.
